REX Cadet Program... Telephone interview

Hi all, a friend is considering the REX Cadet program. He has passed the first interview, and has a telephone interview coming up soon. What questions can be expected?

Is the Rex Cadet program worthy?

What sort of people are they taking in these days?

I know one who got in this year he only has a PPL and was half my age :eek: I'd imagine the more experience the better? (older,more mature surely would be an advantage too...)

He has just completed his HSC... Already has a PPL.
