Hello,
I would like to get input about a VFR-tour along Route 66 in a single engine piston. I do have a US-PPL and medical.
The tour would start in the area of Albuquerque and end around Santa Monica / California.
My most prominent question would be about weather conditions, would April / May be a good time to undertake such a trip in this area? Of course weather plays a big role since we want to go VFR.
I'm sure there are many other interesting aspects to consider, just feel free to add.
