Can someone suggest a good book for Simulator instructors, preferably for A320 aircraft. Something in the lines of an Instructor's Manual. Thanks.

There is a briefing guide for instructors by Airbus. But they won't give it to you.

Shouldn't this be covered under Standardisation with your TM or are you looking for something more generic?

Golden that is very old. FCTM replaced this.
