Hello,

As the tittle says, I need a MEI CFII to do a quick IR flight check.

I'm doing an ATP conversion in sweden, not too sure about the reg here, but since I haven't flown in over six months they might consider my license not valid although this is training and checkride.

Anybody has experience with that ?

You're correct in that EASA have confirmed where it says "Holders of..." then the applicant must to be in a position to exercise the privileges of the ICAO licence when converting to an EASA licence in accordance with Article 8 of the Aircrew Regulation.

For pilots converting in the UK the reference with explanatory note is in CAP 804, Section 4 Part Q, Subpart 2 Page 1. (http://www.caa.co.uk/cap804)

If you're looking for a FAA Instrument Proficiency Check, I can conduct one in the UK for you, either ASEL (SEP) or AMEL (MEP). I'm occasionally in Stockholm with work, but not for the next few months.
