GA flying in Philadelphia, PA

I go to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in week 43 and I'm in the process of converting my EASA license to FAA so I can do a little flying while I'm there.

Any pilots from that area who have good ideas for:

- Where to rent a PA28, C172 or similar?
- Where to do the check out?
- Great places to go in ~1½ flying from PH?

Newgarden, Toughkenamon PA

I flew a PA28 her some years ago. It is about 20 miles from Philidelphia. It seemed like a good place to fly.
