I'm looking for some small advice on how to configure the 737NG for runway 23 visual approach. And also what altitudes to enter on the approach to have everything run smoothly :)

Also the Ceiling is 1200 and the MDA is 1300. Shouldn't the Ceiling be at or above as the MDA?
