Thomson NCL-PMI squawking 7700 turning back

Just happened to notice this on FlightRadar 24:
TOM1646 departed Newcastle at 22:52 BST for Palma, turned back over Normandy and is squawking 7700, now descending over Sussex.

Got one showing arrival at PMI and then Flightradar shows this.
