Best Flying School Out of Humberside (HUY)

Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for / recent experience with flying schools operating out of HUY?

I'd like to get as hands on as possible during an initial trial flight (60 minutes) and then follow it up with regular but likely fairly infrequent lessons.

I have been renting from the POM group for a couple of years and am very impressed. Well run with one very nice and one reasonable PA-28. I have done a couple trips with one of the instructors and had operational / safety discussions with the CFI and the Accountable Manager. All very good people.

I don't know the other schools there.

Humberside would be a useful place to learn, fully controlled but not too busy; not over bureaucratic; and not in controlled airspace so you learn all sorts of useful operational things without too many restrictions. It's open 15 hours a day which makes organising lessons easier.
