As a frequent VS Upper Class flyer, just one, the cabin crew - not a very flattering presentation, what was the intention, someone trying to portray them as BA, Essex Branch?

Old Beardy must love the free publicity! It seemed very contrived to me the older lady definitely was a plant.

I guess they thought they could counter the dumb dolly bird VS image by including her.

I think this format has been done to death now it would be more interesting if was Aeroflot or one of the Chinese outfits or best of all The Glorious Dear Leaders airline:ok:

Yes indeed! but it was slightly more watchable than that dire BBC effort about BA a few months back.

I seem to recall someone like this being mentioned way back in the "Who are your nicest celebs?" thread, but I cannot remember who it was.

Cilla Black - Not a singer or a celebrity but likes to act like one.
However in this instance I don't believe they are referring to her - Maria Carey?

Blimus, just read next week's Radio Times to discover a lad that was a Train Manager - AKA Conductor - on Eurostar is now their Marketing Director. The boy done good!

Mariah Carey - never to be looked at and only communicates though her PA and you can only address her...through her PA. Who do some of these so called 'personalities' think they are? If they can't cope with mixing with mere mortals why do they fly public transport?

Plenty of them about I'm afraid.

Diana Ross used to consider 1A her own personal seat on Concorde and threw mega Wobblies if anyone else dare sit in it.

I believe she once came up against multi billionaire and Aussie legend Kerry Packer who was seated in 1A and it is rumoured he put her straight back in her box:ok:

Being a keen sports fan as Packer was and if it was post 1994 I hope he also took the time to remind her of her penalty taking skills.
