Old Beardy must love the free publicity! It seemed very contrived to me the older lady definitely was a plant.

I guess they thought they could counter the dumb dolly bird VS image by including her.

I think this format has been done to death now it would be more interesting if was Aeroflot or one of the Chinese outfits or best of all The Glorious Dear Leaders airline

Yes indeed! but it was slightly more watchable than that dire BBC effort about BA a few months back.
