Approved Class Rating Training Sylibus PC-6 SET

If anyone has a working knowledge of the current legislation I would be grateful if you could help me find the current document (June 2015) that lays out what the minimum approved training sylibus requirements are ( any accredition or not for prior learning that may be available ) that an EASA approved ATO should follow with when offering Pilatus PC-6 SET Class Rating Training .

This lays down the overall requirement, the detail is down to the ATO. Prerequisites are contained in Part FCL Regulation 1178 (http://easa.europa.eu/system/files/dfu/aircrew-consolidated-versions.zip).
