Could you please point me toward a current document / site where EU current and planned preferential routes are listed?

The UK AIP has a list of all the UK/Irish ones and can be downloaded here (http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/public/index.php%3Foption=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=186&Itemid=258.html) There are several flight planning websites but you will need to register as a pilot with the intention of filing a flight plan with most of them.

zonoma, yes - I should have specified my problem: WEF cycle 1507 some changes will take place on AWT UT101 including rename of WPTs ATRIG and MATAR (Adriatic sea) - which are part of a company route stored in the FMC nav-database.
This caused a problem for our database vendor who asked us to sort out what to do as they have to finalize their job weeks ahead of the cycle being activated.

Anyway, I looked up the Italian AIP on EAD and found a solution.
