If reference to procedures is required, should preference be given to the procedures in the Quick Reference Handbook (QRH), followed by the FCOM then additional guidance given in the FCTM.

If you're airborne, you may not have the FCTM aboard. In any case, the FCOM and QRH take precedence over the FCTM.

For normal procedures, the FCOM should be your primary reference. The FOM also has procedures common to all fleets.

For normal checklists and non-normal procedures, the QRH should be your first reference. After that, the DDG may have valuable information.

FCOM normal ops, QRH non- normal.

FCTM has no place as it is a generic document and is not tail or airline specific.
