I am many years commercial flying and now considering moving on to another airline. The selection process has changed considerably over the years. When I started there was no such thing as psychometric testing, it was an interviews and sim check.
I have been looking at the various software packages available and am none the wiser as to which is the best. :ugh: I intend to apply to UK and Irish based airlines ( BA, Virgin , Lingus, etc )as a DEFO. Any advice welcomed as I am new to all this !
