part time ATC work options in UK/other countries?

Hi all,

Not a newbie, just been a few years since my last visit and cannot recall my username for the life of me!
Just a question - Airservices Australia and Airways NZ both offer part time/flexible work options (eg job sharing)to usually full time employees for certain periods of time. What other countries have a part time working option as a temporary contract (eg full time employees reduced to 50% workload for an agreed upon time between management and the employee)??

NATS will consider requests for part-time working.

I work at Prestwick Centre and will be working a bespoke part-time pattern from May this year.

I worked part-time for my last year or so at LATCC. However, if you do not have all the right qualifications and experience I think you may have problems.

Trouble is with NATS, you may have to 'jobshare' with another controller doing the same thing and thereby take leave when they take leave etc.
