For some time now, I have been after a paper version (1970s vintage) of this worthy tome. I've managed to track down Vol. F through AbeBooks but no luck so far with D, despite keeping a weather eye open for years.
Any suggestions?

TBT, I too would appreciate the link if the queue is not getting too long. I have looked for copies of this before.

AP3456F turned up in the post this morning. Amended up to and including AL15 (Oct 1986). I wonder if there were any later amendments?
