There is a forum called FlyerTalk, on that forum you will find a sub-forum called "British Airways Executive Club ".
The people who frequent the FlyerTalk BA forum are notoriously dangerously obsessed with the BA Executive Club programme.
If there's one bunch of people (other than BA themselves) who will know the answer to your questions, its that lot on FlyerTalk.
