Headsets

Can someone tell me , do airline pilots have their own headsets when flying jets or do the airline provide them? If so, what headsets do most airlines use for their pilots?

Headsets are working gear and as such usually provided. However, some pilots prefer to bring their own ones (usually of higher quality or better fitting)
Until two years ago, my company used to provide headsets that were not too good (the ones on my walkman were better!)
Since then they have been replaced by new noise reducing ones, which are quite nice.
