Dubai APC

Hi all, i tried searching the various areas of this forum but i can't seem to find the info i was looking for, so i'm hoping some kind souls will help me out.

I recently went over to Dubai to sit for the APC conducted by DANS. all feedback of my assessment was good and favourable (at least that's what they told me face to face), and everything went well for the interview with Serco HR and ATC Training rep. last thing they said to me before i flew back to my home country was that they would be in contact with me by the end of the week.

and that was 2 weeks ago.

I'm pretty excited by the chance to work in such a diverse and cosmopolitan environment, but my question(s) would be:

1) for those who have been thru the same process as me, how long do they take before contacting you again after the APC with regards to the next step/hurdle?

2) what IS the next step/hurdle?

3) if you pass your APC, does it mean you're more or less certain to get an offer?

looking forward to any replies! reason i'm a tad anxious is that they told me there will be 2 DXB tower courses next year, one in Feb and another in Oct, and would love to know the status will in advance so that necessary prep work can be done prior.

cheers for the reply guys! still awaiting an form of contact though. Serco HR who i have been communicating with should be back from her leave on 5 Nov..so hopefully i will hear something by this week.

Hello, I recently have been told about an upcoming APC. Can anyone tell me anything about it? I was surprised in these troubling times that they are even hiring. I’m very excited to maybe join such a diverse team.
