I've recently been looking at some interview questions and it said:

1. What is wing loading and is it good or bad?

Wing loading is the weight of the aircraft / the area of the wing.
The good or bad part I don't know, if you have a lower wing loading, the a/c climb performance will be better? You'll be able to make tighter turns? Need a bit of help on the good or bad bit.

2. You have a jet with two engines, which engine is the most favourable to start? No weather conditions or anything has been given. Does it matter which engine you start first?

Depends which aircraft,it's systems, where it is, when you start etc. etc. etc.

you start the engine which the aircraft flight manual tells you to start first

you should start the one that burdens the ship's systems the least.

big jets (787 aside) use a pneumatic starter so it usually does n't matter, but it should be the engine away from cargo doors or other ground facilities

IF it is an electrical starter system, you start the one with the shortest cable to the battery as it gets slightly more power that way (B17).

wing loading is good, if you don't load a wing you don't fly
