Hi,

Does your Company have some kind of qualification system for Flight and
Simulator Instructors and Inspectors?

I mean a way of knowing how good they are in teaching and inspection.

If you do, could you give me a little idea on how it is implemented?

I suppose that it should be some kind of “Pilots qualifying their instructors or inspectors" in a very reserved way, so they feel free to do it openly.

In my outfit, instructors and inspectors go through a selection proces. If they pass, they go through a training program to qualify them for that position, so they should be qualified.

After each training or eval event you get a form to report feedback on the received training or evaluation.

This makes sure that the proces is fair.

Hope that helps

Strictly an old boys club around here. No teaching abilities required whatsoever.
