Locally sub zero at 4000 or 5000ft in areas A & A1. I think.

It's a pity the Met Office can't spare the ink to provide a page 2 and an English translation.

The Met 215 is a dated system and in my opinion should be plain language as its a busy document at the best of times.

Also when it says locally - that could mean half of the UK!
