Do Flight Data Recorders within big commercial Boeing/Airbus planes record a pilot's operation of or inputs to a transponder?

There are 91 items the FAA requires a FDR to record in an air carrier airplane per 121.344. Since having your transponder on or off is not going to have influence on whether or not you crash, it's not one of them. But TCAS information is required to be recorded. I don't know the system records the interplay between the transponder and the TCAS system.
