At SK all current CC and FD rosters are available to anyone within those groups in possession of your employment number (easily obtainable), no password needed.
What is it like at your company, and if restricted do you have a way to enable availability to all ?

Under strict Dutch privacy laws, KLM rosters are available to the individuals themselves only. Only way to make them available to others is to tell them your password.
This saves a lot of hassle! ;)

That sounds like the way it should be, in fact I thought we had the same kind of protection up here.
Would anyone else like to contribute, I'm trying to present my case to the management ?
