Hello,
On the Eurocontrol RAD I found in annex 4 a list of published DCT routes.
http://www.cfmu.eurocontrol.int/RAD/
At first i thought this was a list with DCT routes with specific limitations (only for traffic arriving/departing at XXXX or only available between time-time)
However after a closer look i also found DCT routing with no limitations at all.
Now i wonder, what is the difference between a simple unpublished DCT between point A and B; and a DCT between 2 points published in this list?
