Hi fellow flyers
I recently completed my type-rating on the B767,i fly B737NG with 2200 hours total time and about 1800 hours on type.In EASA land i'd like to know with my level of experince if i need a base check for the 767 assuming that the 767 simulator is Level D?Can someone help me with references in EASA?

You qualify for ZFTT - technically even on a C level sim (since you have more than 1500 hours on an airplane heavier than 10 tonnes or with a passenger capacity exceeding 19). The CAA is still referring to JAR FCL 1.261, while referring to EU-OPS 1.945(d)(2) for the requirements of the actual sim session.

In order to be eligible for ZFTT you must be employed/seconded to an airline which has ZFTT approval so that your initial sectors are completed with a LIFUS qualified TRI. If this is not the case you will need base training to obtain the type on your licence. This can be done on either a B757 or B767.
