Hi everyone!
Could anyone tell if the approach control room for Al Ain Airport is based at the airport, or is it located somewhere else?

Thanks!!!!

As far as I remember, it should be one of the sectors in Sheikh Zayed Area Control Center in Abu Dhabi?

The latest word I heard on the street is that some of the OMAL Approach Unit will be based in the current Abu Dhabi Approach room on Floor 1 of the OMAA control tower, while the military side of things will be done at Al Ain airport.

Now that would be interesting ! Like it isn't a big enough mess already - with fixed and rotary wing on different frequencies. Now lets put the military on a separate frequency too... :D:D:yuk::=

Well it worked since 2010, so what's the issue here?
