What jobs are available to pilots with commercial license including IR rating?

Do the ATPL. In Europe there is very little good work for a CPL.
What you can not is be a copilot on a multi crew aircraft.
So work hard pass the exams and move on.

You would need to do an atpl+an mcc cource before its worth sending off your cv.
