This looks a must

Aviation Event ? Aero Legends press launch at Headcorn | GAR (http://www.globalaviationresource.com/v2/2014/06/23/aviation-event-aero-legends-press-launch-at-headcorn/)

I've emailed for details.

Anyone got an idea of likely costs?

Sounds like a similar operation to Oxford's Boultbee Academy,

Good luck to them.

Did anyone film the ME 109 throwing a conrod through the crankcase during a low fly past, it then did a 180 deg turn to land on rwy 10 pouring oil.

They've emailed back with:

Thank you for your enquiry, it is very important to us but we have been
overwhelmed with requests for further information.
We will respond personally to your enquiry within two to three days.

But looking at Boultbee Academy, I assume around £2000/hour flying time.

There's a video of the landing here:

I'd be interested in hearing about the response, particuarly the prices. I guess they would be a touch cheaper than the competition, but only marginally.

Considerably more expensive - as far as I can see....

Tiger Moth £250/hour for training
Harvard £790/hour for training
Spitfire - 20 mins when you buy a package of Tiger Moth and Harvard flights for £4,900.

Had a look at Boutlbee Academy & they look considerably more expensive - £6,600 inc vat for the same Tiger/Harvard/spitfire package.

Looks like they price their Tiger at £553 per hour (5.5 hour course) and Harvard at £1062 (10 hour course)

The big difference is that Boultbee are offering flying training, whilst Aero Legands are offering the experience, so suitable for anyone (with enough cash!)
