Father and daughter on board. Based on the report that says 'man and woman', we can deduce that the pilot was probably an older gentleman (not necessarily 80+, but at least 50). A doctor who was playing golf at the time assisted at the scene.
I want to find out more.

Did this actually happen? There are no details forthcoming and no one in the local area seems to know anything about it.

I always keep a good look-out for golf courses as potential emergency landing grounds, as there will inevitably be several doctors around to help me if I botch up the landing.
