FAA ATPL written exams

Hi All

Could someone possibly tell me if there is a FAA examination testing centre outside the U.S? Possibly in the UAE or U.K?

I am not sure about UAE but there are a few in the UK

FlightSafety Farnborough and Paris do it, not sure if CAE Dubai do.

Any names for the places in the UK? Tried Flightsafety, but they fully booked

Flight Safety Farnborough and Le Bourget, a college in Canada, two aero clubs at air bases in Japan and Korea and one site on Guam are the only locations outside the US. Contact info is available through the FAA web site.
