Flying to LIRF FCO Fiumicino Rome in a few days time. Can anyone enlighten me to what STARs from MOPUV I could expect for North or South landings ?

If we are landing 16L/R, do you get to CMP VOR or do you go from ROM VOR radial 315 ?

Plate 11-01 ILS X Rwy 16L or Plate 11-1 ILS W Rwy 16L

I am looking at both plates and apart from the minimums and the go around profile, I have no idea why we have 2 plates and how would you know what to expect ? X or W

Any local pilots or ATC able to give me the heads up, thanks

You only get 16R/34L if you went to school with the controller or you fly for Alitalia. The controllers are pretty good at vectoring you in for both approaches. You probably won't go all the way to CMP if 16 from the south, but get vectored for an 8 mile final or so. They'll warn you in plenty of time which runway and approach to expect.

16 L/R Mopuv 4A

16R (during rush hour) Mopuv 4B

34R/L Mopuv 4C

ROM HDG 315 is given by APP instead of STARs (16 L/R)

16L X
16R Z

You only get 16R/34L if you went to school with the (LIRF) controller (TRUE)

or you fly for Alitalia (NOT TRUE)
