Human resource management book

We would like to read and learn something about human resource management, particulary in ATC enviroment ,but any other aviation related area might be considered. (i do not belive that book dedicated to ATC speciality exists but worth to try.)

Thank you for links for such books ,and personal preference is given to books that are official at recognized universities such as Embry Riddle .

Also we will be happy with basic books as well as advanced level books.
