A320 Compatible Headset

Hello.

I have a question regarding head sets. Basically I would prefer it if I could find a headset whereby the ear pieces are held in place round the ear, and without being held in place over the head. I have pretty sensitive skin and my current head set doesn't agree after long use, so instead of just buying a padded headset, I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good one that is held in place around my ears.

Even if it goes around your ears you would still need a band to hold it on no? Unless it clamped tight onto your head which doesn't sound comfortable.
