anybody know about the rumour of the above , just north of Bournemouth re-opening?

The last time I flew overhead (which was 12 years ago) all the runways had been lifted and all of the area was farmed. My memory is hazy, but I think that the peri track still existed. If it is going to be operational again then it will be rough concrete or grass.

There's nothing there now except for what looks like a shed....in fact its a pretty stupid VRP. I can't imagine how any new visitors to Bournemouth could possibly find it without GPS as it doesn't exactly stand out from the surrounding farm land.
Haven't heard any rumours of it re-opening though.....
