How long were the pitot tubes on AF447 affected by icing? I have googled and googled and have not found a source for that answer. I am trying to confirm my recollection of the #1 pitot being iced over for just 23 seconds, the #2 Pitot for 54 seconds and the standby being affected for just 1 minute and 53 seconds. I do not recall the source document of my memory. Please help!

Most of the useful links to data can be found in the Tech Log series of threads on the mishap (http://www.pprune.org/tech-log/511119-af-447-thread-no-11-a.html).

... or you check it out directly at the BEA (Bureau d'Enquêtes et d'Analyses) Final Report (http://www.bea.aero/en/enquetes/flight.af.447/rapport.final.en.php). Figure 68 answers one of your question.
