I'm presuming this infers that China doesn't exactly have an aviation authority equivalent to CASA?? :rolleyes:

I guess this also means, that the motorcycle shop that gave him his engineering qualifications, included the rider that they're easily modified to aviation engineering qualifications, as well? :)

Well, I've seen simillar choppers - not self made but serial production (B212, B412, R22, LAMAs etc) on the field in 3rd world countries doing their everyday flying. Operated by EU companies.
