Having recently completed a FE revalidation/renewal seminar (at more expense!)
I cannot understand the logic that since this was an 'extra' invented under EASA, why the revalidation cannot be similar to the FI reval - i.e AoC every alternate revalidation. This just adds another layer of cost with marginal benefit to the FE. Maybe one for AOPA to look at?
