Court Line S.62 ditching 1971

A Court Line Helicopters Sikorsky S.62 ZS-HCW ditched in Table Bay on 23 April 1971 killing a 'ship agent' travelling as a passenger. The two crew were rescued. Would like to know the circumstances of the accident.
