Sennheiser headset repair

Today I stupidly caught my foot in the lead of my trusty Sennheiser HMEC 100 headset while it was plugged in, and now the microphone doesn't work any more :{

Looking at the Sennheiser website, the repair options appear to be HSL or Oakenhurst. Anybody have any recommendation, for them or someone else?

HSL have been extremely good in my experience. They are a rare company indeed: one I'd recommend without hesitation, and enjoy doing business with.
