Do training hours complete in another EASA country count in the UK?

As above and similar to a question I have asked previously, do all my hours of training (40) cross over to the UK for when I finish my training, i.e. Completed further ground exams plus 5 hours flight and flight test?

I am aware of CAP 804 stating only 10 for changing to a microlight or something but nothing definitive for hours completed in another country?

According to Part-FCL.025: You must take all required theoretical exams
under the auspices of one member state.
Suggest you pass all required before returning to UK.

EASA qualified instructor, under the auspices of an EASA Approved
Training Organisation, it does not matter where. in the world, the training
was given.
If coming to UK to finish training make sure your Log Book is up to date,
with the hours confirmed by your current school/instructor and, preferably,
also bring your Training Record with you.

Sounds like you are doing your PPL.
45 Hours is the legal minimum flying training time required.
Do not assume you will complete the course in minimum time.

NB: Just looked at some of your earlier posts and see you are training
with an RAF flying club and have a UK issued Medical. Sounds like you
are training for a UK issued EASA Licence and therefore sat the UK
theoretical exams? If this is so there is no problem completing the rest
of the theoretical exams back in the UK.

Thanks for the reply, pretty much covered what I thought.

Yes, I am working towards my PPL, started working towards my UK JAR PPL earlier this year, got a Class 2 medical issued whilst in Cyprus. As you mentioned will now be changing over to EASA.

Will have my log booked stamp by my current school and will be given a copy of my student training record.

Will sit ground exams in the UK as do not have enough time here to sit them, they only do 1 sitting a month which does not always work with work commitments.

The theory exams in Cyprus are Cyprus DCA, even if you are learning at AKI with Pete Ring's club. They will not equate to anything in the UK I'm afraid.
