Nice photos.

I wanted too but wasn't leaving aircraft out last night in that wind as our airfield shut till 27th.

What's the story with the plane in the drink? Is that a flooded airfield or a ditching

I've seen that a few times flying the dropship and wondered what it's story was!

Good Question.. it's in a small lake just North of RAF Croughton. I think the lake was used by a Scub club and was told they had an old aircraft in it. Today we noticed it had been drained..(ironic as everywhere else is flooded), trying to find out what the story is. There is one guy at Hinton how used to scub I think...he may know!

its been drained a while then...... ? Not noticed till today...Steve spotted it!
