I plan to spend some days in Seoul, South-Korea next year and wonder whether there is any possibility for some leisure flying?

You will not be allowed to fly on your own, but you might be able to arrange a flight with an instructor.

I have only flown hang gliders in Korea. Landing in a paddy field fertilised with night soil is not recommended. :)
