The number is the times that the failure event happened and the "ident" is the source identifier or the computer that detected the fault .:ok:

good herrbus, but as we see that PACK 1 had appeared 5 times, 3 times without (3) & 2 times with (3), can you explain that more plz?? & is the No (3) means that PACK 1 had failed 3 times in that time or what??

In your first post (22nd Aug 2011) you wrote
well im 23 years old , aircraft maintenance & engineer @ Sudan airways on A320 & A300...2 years later you are still not able to read a PFR?
Writing in SMS style and the excessive use of punctuation marks does not make it better...

I only quote your first post in this forum. If you do not remember your own words, i invite you to read it again here: <Klick me (http://www.pprune.org/professional-pilot-training-includes-ground-studies/461459-aircraft-mechanical-engineer-become-pilot.html#post6654555)>

IF you are really a "aircraft maintenance & engineer" you should be able to work with the TSM.
I recommend that you read the TSM introduction "How to Use the CFDS". :ok:
