FPL equipment

Hi all,

Im tearing my hair out trying to get my head around what equipment to put in an IFR flightplan.

Im flying a single IFR equipped aircraft which has a Garmin 530 and the standard DME/2xVOR/2xILS/ADF. So what do ATC need to know about my equipment from the flightplan if they wish to route me via waypoints?

G in equipment and NAV/B2B4 or
R in equipment and PBN/B2B4 or
GR in equipment and PBN/B2B4

I have read through the guidance on the AfPEX website and the eurocontrol stuff but its not clear to my simple brain :confused:
