Tech log requirements NZ

Hi all

I have one more KDR to complete prior to my CPL test and I cant seem to find the answer the following question anywhere.

What are the requirements of entering defects into a tech log?

If anyone can give me a source to find the answer to this it would be much appreciated.

Look in NZ CAA doc AC91-6. I found it using my favored search engine with the search terms "tech log entry procedure NZ". It seems to cover the subject fairly well. Hope that helps...
