Except it didn't report that he had claimed to have poisoned anyone, but rather that everyone on board (himself included) had been poisoned. Still, even that seems to be disputed.

Initial reports said he had claimed on board the plane that other passengers had been poisoned, but two witnesses said they never heard him make that statement.
Far cry from Evreryone Onboard don't ya think?
