Came across this, thought anyone interested in aircraft safety might find it helpful authority.
Under the Civil Evidence Act 1995, AAIB are admissible as factual evidence, however, only those parts of said report which are said to be 'relevant' to the individual issues in the case are the parts which should be included in any civil litigation.
