Can anyone please clarify for me

Boeing does NOT require a landing at the NSA under the circumstance where I have 1 main AC source (IDG or APU) and an operative BUG?

Also, do I still have LAND 3 under that scenario and only LAND 2 when down to BUG only?

Any info appreciated?

1 main AC source (IDG or APU) and operative BUG:

You cannot dispatch under this situation, but should it occur in flight you are correct in that you do not need to land at the NSA.

The next part I am not so sure about, but I believe that given the above situation, you will NOT get LAND 3. To get LAND 3 you would need 3 independent AC sources - normally this would be achieved via two IDGs and the BUGs. Although there are two BUGs, they can only count as one far as redundancy is concerned because only one out of the two can supply power at a given time.

So my guess is that with 1 main AC source and operative BUG, you would get land 2.
