Ok I was watching the news in 2000 and said they were thinking about changing long distance flight from over the ocean to over the poles in which they would make airports there to is all this true or one big lie???:confused:

I'm not totally up to scratch on this but I'm sure that they have done some cargo flights over the poles and they might be introducing some passenger routes. But its certainly not a lie!

It is not a big lie at all. "Real World" examples include the COA flights KEWR-VHHH.
